Over 9 months since we signed the contract. Kevin installing wiring.
Starting on the inside components. Ken and Tony discussing placement.
Kevin painting. We debated about the inside walls too. We wanted to get the same type of wall material that is normally used in motorhomes- a thin lauan with a tough vinyl wallpaper type skin but it's an item that each manufacturer orders in special lots and we couldn't find any one that sold small lots of it to individuals. We decided to use white ceiling paneling and paint it.
Shower - we used the outside skin sheeting for the shower walls. It's very durable and scrubbing doesn't damage it.
They started building the cabinet frames and fitting them in place.
Kitchen
We found a nice little handmade copper sink for the bathroom.
After fitting all the cabinet frames came back out to be finished.
