The Build-Part3-Inside Paneling and Cabinets

June 2009. When we came back from the wedding we discovered that NOTHING had been done on the motorhome for the entire five weeks while we had been gone! We were pretty angry and insisted that they get back to work on it.

Over 9 months since we signed the contract. Kevin installing wiring.

Kevin painting. We debated about the inside walls too. We wanted to get the same type of wall material that is normally used in motorhomes- a thin lauan with a tough vinyl wallpaper type skin but it's an item that each manufacturer orders in special lots and we couldn't find any one that sold small lots of it to individuals. We decided to use white ceiling paneling and paint it.

Shower - we used the outside skin sheeting for the shower walls. It's very durable and scrubbing doesn't damage it.

They started building the cabinet frames and fitting them in place.
